We had excellent service from SMR. Our hot water tank needed replacement and we were unsure whether to go with a new tank or an on-demand system. Sean came by to look at the space – he arrived right on time, and provided us with the info we needed to make the decision. We decided to go with the on-demand system and they were able to schedule us in less than a week. The 2 technicians Dave and Cole were great, very friendly and professional. They showed up 10 minutes early, and worked straight through – were finished in under 6 hours. They did an excellent job, cleaned everything up and took away the old tank. We love our new system – great not to be dealing with running out of hot water! We would highly recommend SMR – they will definitely be our ‘go to’ plumbing service from now on.
I was so pleased that SMR made an effort to adjust schedules today to fit me in as I had no heat or hot water. Dave was so great and diagnosed the issue right away and even took the time to explain the system to me. He also was able to look at a couple other minor things and I was so appreciative.
Our family is doing a major renovation of our house to convert it into a two generation home. This has required the installation of two heat pumps, one for the upper level of our home and the other for our new garden suite. Will and Sean have been very easy to work with from day one. They’ve taken the time to explain which heat pump systems would be the best choices for our project and described in great detail how these will work. The installation has been carried out promptly, for which we are grateful. We have been very impressed by SMR’s personnel and the quality of their work.

William and David did a great job installing our new dual heating/cooling system. Will took time to explain how to run and program our new setup. The work was done very professionally and within the estimated time frame. It was pleasure to have this team working on our project.
