Michelle at Sink and Spout in Northampton was a pleasure to work with. She helped us find just the right kitchen sink, faucet, soap dispenser and garbage disposal unit to fit our taste and budget. She was easy going and remembered us when we came back a second time to seal the deal. We felt the prices and selection here were all excellent and the quality was top notch.
Michelle is wonderful to work and plan with. She has so much experience and access to the information, samples, ideas and prices that are needed when designing a big project like a new house. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I am building a house in Vermont (while living here in Western Mass) and was so pleased to discover that Sink & Spout in Northampton (working with Rose Borgnis) will help you select and order items that can then be shipped from a sister store in Barre, Vermont! How convenient. (I went to a competitor first nearby and they would not help me...the woman said "THEY'D get the order in Vermont and WE would do all the work." Whereas Rose at Sink & Spout was happy to help me and said "it's my job!" :) She was cheerful throughout (as I changed my mind on items and asked questions). Rose Borgnis is so knowledgeable about all products, very careful with the order, and has great advice. Just lovely to work with. I had such a positive experience with a big order that could have been stressful. Instead, it was just fun. Thank you Rose and Northampton Sink & Spout!
Vast showroom with a great selection to choose from. Michelle was patient and knowledgeable and really helped me end up with the bathroom re-model of my dreams. Emil always willing to help if I showed up unexpectedly when Michelle wasn't there. Grateful for the help. Highly recommend.
Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and creative helping me over several appointments to pick items for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. She listened carefully and easily picked up on our style preferences and price bracket. Once, she even got us a great bathtub delivered within a couple days! I’d certainly use Degrees of Comfort again (but I sure hope I won’t have to!).
