Where do I even start? Called on a Monday during the massive cold snap, at 8:30 in the morning. A human answered after only the 2nd ring, and Coraine was absolutely amazing at walking me through fixing the current issue. Furnace was running strong! Human error on my end several hours later. I call back around 2pm, and explain the issue. They recommended we have a tech take a look. I agreed. They were in my house in less than 40 minutes! Diagnosis was fast, and Jason was super chill about the work that needed to be done. And the work was done incredibly fast, too!In short, 2 different issues in one day, all fixed in under 3hrs effort. I've never had to use any furnaces services since moving out this way, but, I do believe I have found my go-to people.
Wilson Services installed a new HVAC system (condenser unit and air handlers) and a new boiler for us in 2025. From start to finish, Gary and his team were responsive, professional, and very thorough in their work. We debated whether to replace our existing AC system or change over to a heat pump unit. Gary took the time to explain the various options so that we could make an informed decision. They performed the work as planned and kept us informed along the way. So far so good! I’m sure they will be equally responsive if and when we need service. I’d certainly recommend Wilson Services to anyone seeking a reliable HVAC service.

Gary and his team installed mini-splits for us in 2021. Everything was done as discussed, on time and with no surprises. Wilson services both the mini splits as well as our heating system annually via a service plan. Overall a great service that is easy to schedule and gives me peace of mind. Wilson’s replaced my ancient boiler 15 years ago. Great heat, great price, and still going strong. They put a new furnace and central air in my mom’s house. Again great price and going strong. Their maintenance (thank you Jason) is thorough & explained clearly. They are a small outfit but Gary arrived really quickly on a sub-zero Sunday morning and found and fixed the frozen pipe emergency. Carine has been really helpful to our family in coordinating scheduled appointments at two locations. Highly recommend Wilson Services.
