I am so pleased with the work that Bono Plumbing did for us today. Their quote was very reasonable. The installers were so meticulous on the install. The piping work they did is very impressive. They went over the unit instructions with us and cleaned up way beyond what I expected. I love that they are family owned. I would encourage everyone to have them quote. I feel you will save money and the job will be done right.Bono Plumbing did have the installation of the water heater inspected. We have received notification from the county that the inspection passed.
I want to share why I hope to NEVER do business with them again. We had a water leak, my husband called a few plumbers, and they responded and came out to take a look. They were very nice. They repaired the leak took about 20-30 minutes. As they were leaving, they told my husband we owed Total job price $798.00. My husband paid him. After, they left I must say I was in SHOCK! I called the office and I wanted to know WTheck cost this much money. This morning, I got a return call, and this is how this works. They charge 99.00 to show up, then they charge in categories on the size of the jobs, how many people etc. (I think, that's how I understood) Since my job was in the small category I was charged 798.00. Then he explains to me how good he is to his employees and he's top-notch Plummer etc. I asked him why he does not tell people when he arrives or while they are on the phone how he charges and the reason he did tell me was because I had a water leak and he just wanted to get it stopped. It would take 2 seconds to turn off the valve and then tell me. He did offer me a 25.00 check to be mailed to me. 798.00-25.00 I'm sorry but his time of even an hour is not worth 773.00. PLEASE ask for you charge before they start.
Excellent service. Nice local small family business.Tony Bono was very professional and explained the work needed well. The job was done in a very timely fashion, they cleaned up everything perfectly and overall did a great job, using high quality parts.We had a toilet installed, kitchen sink installed, kitchen sink supply and drain pipes re-plumbed, and a main line pressure regulator valve installed.
This review is on behalf of the Valvoline Express Care located in Warrenton, MO! We chose Bono Plumbing because they are a family owned/locally owned business (just like us) & because of their great reviews! I spoke with Angie on the phone, and explained to her that we had used a different company to conduct a BackFlow Test at our lube shop. We were told by the other company we had a failing BackFlow system. Upon speaking with Angie, she informed me that Bob actually taught the BackFlow course at Ranken! Bob was able to come out the next day to take a look. He was on time, professional, reliable & very knowledgable! It turned out that our BackFlow system actually PASSED! The other company was pushing for a whole new system, which Bob explained would have been approx $1800 to fix. It is clear to us now that the other company was trying to pull one over on us, which is unfortunate. We are SO glad we chose Bono Plumbing for a second opinion! Thank you Angie & Bob for all that you do! We will continue to use them for future projects/needs!
