I recently had a new HVAC system installed and had a fantastic experience from the initial consultation through the final installation.

Dan was the sales representative who visited my home, and he was outstanding. He was extremely thorough during the evaluation, took the time to listen to my concerns about upstairs humidity, and offered thoughtful, reasonable upgrade options without pushing anything unnecessary or expensive. His pricing was fair right from the start — something at least one other major company in the area (Jerry Kelly) didn’t seem willing to offer.

What I appreciated most was the education he provided. Everything he explained about equipment and airflow lined up perfectly with the independent reading I did later, and his recommendations were very consistent with what I heard from other bids. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decision.

The installation team, David and Vante, were equally impressive. They were professional, easy-going, and efficient. I was working from home the entire time, and the whole process was much more seamless and less disruptive than I expected. The workmanship looks great, and they clearly took pride in doing the job right.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.

They did a very amazing job. They were efficient, quick clean, and they handled my big dog without any issues. I’d forgotten to move some stuff around in the basement. They never complained. They never told me to move anything even though I felt bad about it later when I found out after going downstairs. Price was right for a new furnace tech who said he had 31 years experience could not wire my nest thermostat, second guy came out and wired in a Sendi thermostat I specifically stated I did not want, I was charged for thermostat and tech put in a screw into drywall to hold up the thermostat. For what I paid I expected much better. Price was right assuming it was done correctly and professionally but after seeing how tech supervisor rigged the thermostat it seriously made me wonder what was rigged with the wiring I cannot see.

A month ago, I used Faszold Heating & Cooling to install a new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Dan F., my project manager, was excellent at communicating and addressing all of my needs. He made it very easy to contact him and has always responded to my many questions the same day, often immediately. Dan thoroughly explained the process of having a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner installed in my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, upbeat personality, politeness, and time he took with me. Dan's presentation and excellent communication was the reason I chose Faszold over my other bids for my HVAC system. The crew sent of Mike, Corey, and Thomas did a fantastic job installing the equipment. They were courteous, polite, and worked efficiently, completing the project in much less time than quoted. They cleaned up well. The price was lower than other companies from which I had received estimates. I love my new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner and the awesome thermostat that came with it!
