Get it im writing. He wanted extra cash to pick up the toilet from Home Depot which ur had sent me a screen shot . He tried to upsell saying a toilet flapper was 10 min and it was bullshitbfor my other plumber then said he wanted to replace everything in the toilet tank then said he wanted to replace the whole toilet for $450 cash which is 250% more than everyone else , he was callled to replace a laundry sink but left a horrible mess. With 2 in of water on the floor with mud and dirt everywhere and over charged for that. I trusted him mistake get three quotes and In writing
Had a clogged kitchen sink and Duane was here 20 minutes after our phone call. He was able to unclog our drians within 30 minutes and I'm very happy with his service
This is a tremendously well run and honest company. Ivan arrived within 2 hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the problem and brought in a crew to fix a serious drain problem. He was completely transparent in explaining what he was doing—showing me live film of the blocked pipe and explaining why his solution was necessary. He also proactively checked the part of the pipe that was not yet causing problems and it was clear that this pipe was damaged as well. The entire job was done on time and the crew put up vapour barriers to ensure that the dust would remain in the area. Ivan gave me a very fair price and even returned to relocate my appliances. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Crystal Drain.

Danny was the professional that helped me and was phenomenal. Polite, gracious, and most importantly knowledgeable.He gave me pointers on keeping my issue (a massive clog) from happening again and actually helped me understand how my house was structured to support keeping my pipes clog free.And he was very efficient as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!He also was sensitive to see health issues in my house and came in fully masked. Much appreciated Danny!
