Live in a condo building, they came to fix my neighbor's plumbing. Dude knocked on my door and asked if he could look at mine, since I share plumbing with my neighbor. I said sure, and then opened the door for him to come in. He saw my somewhat cluttered entryway, gave me a super offended look, and said "no, there's no way I'm going in THERE" in a sarcastic tone. He then just turned and walked away without another word. Extremely unprofessional, would never call them and recommend others don't if they wish to be respected.EDIT: To the business owner, just saw the dude get back into his company van and light up a smoke with the windows up. Thought you might want to know.
I moved into a new property that required some updated plumbing repairs. I also replaced some plumbing fixtures. Recently I needed to have my drain snaked. Every technician has been friendly and thorough explaining what needed to be done and provided their professional opinion. Always received a quick response when coordinating my appointment. We have always counted on Sam Harb for our plumbing problems. We got in touch with them on the weekend and always get professional advice and help. Adam was a great help today, he was courteous, professional and very skilled in taking care of a leak. I would highly recommend their services to others in the community .
Thank you so much to the staff at Harb Plumbing. We were able to reach someone at the company quickly and easily. Our issue needed a two-day fix, and Jeremy on the first day and Christian on the second were both excellent. They fixed our issue and worked in an efficient manner and did an excellent clean up when they were finished. We feel that the charge rate was very fair.
