I called Rooterman for a problem with my sump pump. Jerome came by and explained to me very thoroughly why my pump was not working and why it should be changed. He replaced the pump and installed a battery backup system as well to prevent me from having floods in the future. I highly recommend this company. Jerome was very knowledgable and I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Michael D did an excellent job and takes pride in his work, very happy and appreciative of the job that took place. He was communicative through the entire process and made sure I was satisfied before he left. Difficult job as it was in a tight space, but he finished the job well.

Had a clogged toilet. Called at 8am, phone answered right away. Appointment set for 2 hrs later. Confirmation arrived both via text and email. 2 hrs later another notification came the plumber is on the way. Cost $100 to see and more for work and snake usage. Found and cleared a clog right away, of course. Nice guy. Went deeper and identified future possible problem/opportunity. Bill came to $500 cash on site, quote $6200 for another job of updating main pipes from cast iron to plastic. Summary. These folks are not wasting their time. Very expensive. Very! At least they are quick. They are looking to upsell right away. Lesson is, keep your plumbing in good order. Maintain it regularly or you will pay the a hefty price. Why 3 stars? The hook is low price on diagnosis, followed by high price for anything after. They know you wont back off with them present to fix the issue. Well thought out on sales level. Most people are fed up to that point they will sell their children to have the problem, usually very simple to fix with the right tools, quickly. Quote for extra work is unrealistic. You are paying plastic surgeon price for sewer job. Will I use them again? I hope not. With this rate they will own the house in a few service calls. Lesson learned. Good for them to find a way to make a lot of money. They are very price aggressive and have capitalized on google recommendations and being at the top of search and good google reviews. Someone has given this a lot of thought. Almost felt like "smash and grab", but it is what it is.

Mike installed our electric range and made sure all the safety features were working. He even walked us through the new controls and shared a few tips to get the best performance. That extra effort shows he really cares about customer satisfaction.
