Awesome service with The Darville Company. Ladies in the office very helpful. Plumbers very skilled and hardworking. Jocelyne was the main plumber doing a reroute for my property. She was mainly by herself but had help from Will and her apprentice Mike. Worked late all days while on job which is much appreciated to get my household back up and running properly. All very professional and hardworking. Definitely recommend using. Darville does offer financing for big jobs if customer is approved.

I was concerned during our extreme cold weather about a pipe on my water heater that was leaking. I couldn’t take off work and they workedMe in at 5:30 which was wonderful. Clay Underwood & another plumber (apologize for not remembering his name) showed up. Everything was explained including cost. It was fixed quickly. Polite, professional guys, cost was lower than anticipated. My stress level went from a 10 to a O. Have used Darville before and will use again, great company.
This review is an overall review of being a Darville customer for the last year:We had Darville install an HVAC at our home in 2025 and they have been great in regards to customer service.The technicians that have been dispatched to our home have all conducted themselves professionally.We were having an issue with our heating during the most recent winter storm in Jan 2026 and Bohdi did a great job. He was dispatched to do our maintenance in Dec 2025 as well as the most recent service call. He arrived on an emergency call out on one of our coldest and snowiest days to address and access a somewhat intermittent issue that has been occuring since the installation of the system regarding the heat strip or heater malfunctioning. It took a few trips to our home, but Bodhi made sure that the issue was identified and fixed. He was professional, understanding, & receptive to hearing my theories about the malfunction which I appreciated. Overall 5 star service!Darville's office staff has always been great to speak to and their managers/supervisors are fair in regards to pricing accordingly.Overall, I have been very satisfied with their service and will be using them to maintain all hvac systems on premises.
Marvin and his helper were fabulous!! he had 2 different men but they were all great! They did work quickly, efficiently and only stopped to go get some lunch!!! And they all did a very very professional job! were very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied and happy with the work done! And best part they cleaned up after themselves!! Was not expecting that but all digging areas were cleaned up and it looked like we got a great mowing job too but just used a rake I think lol!!
