Great experience all around! A-Team replaced our sump pump and water heater both within a couple of days. The appointment was easy to schedule, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire process was done efficiently. The crews were very clean and left zero mess. I would highly recommend them for this work.

We were very appreciative of the service provided by A-Team PHC. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment to fix our steam humidifier. Although A-Team didn’t install this equipment, Jeff agreed to come out the following Monday to look at it. He diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer for recommendations on how to solve it, and fixed it on Tuesday. It has been working well since then. Jeff really listened as I described the problems we were having and asked a lot of questions to help determine what was going on. He was also open to my questions regarding other HVAC and plumbing issues we were having. Pricing was reasonable and we have now scheduled our semi-annual HVAC tune-ups with A-Team PHC.
