Great experience all around! A-Team replaced our sump pump and water heater both within a couple of days. I was super impressed with A-TEAM’s service right away. It was easy to book my appointment. Jeff was on time for our 4:00 appointment on a Friday and came back at 8:00 on a Saturday morning to replace our hot water heater!
We were very appreciative of the service provided by A-Team PHC. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment to fix our steam humidifier. Although A-Team didn’t install this equipment, Jeff agreed to come out the following Monday to look at it. He diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer for recommendations on how to solve it, and fixed it on Tuesday. It has been working well since then. Jeff really listened as I described the problems we were having and asked a lot of questions to help determine what was going on. He was also open to my questions regarding other HVAC and plumbing issues we were having. Pricing was reasonable and we have now scheduled our semi-annual HVAC tune-ups with A-Team PHC.
We have used A Team multiple times to help with plumbing issues at my parents home. They are always super polite and courteous. We had a clogged toilet on a Friday and after many attempts were unable to resolve it. I sent a request for an appointment for Saturday at about 8pm on Friday night. I heard back from A Team and was scheduled for early the next morning! What a relief! It was resolved super quickly, which was a big relief when we only have two toilets in the house. I would highly recommend this company.
