We had an issue with a shower leak last week and called Archer & Sons. Mike L and Tyler came out and were so nice, respectful, and explained everything to me thoroughly along with recommendations. They also installed a new toilet we had been putting off setting up; and it turned out we wouldn’t have been able to do it ourselves at all. They were fast, clean, and so nice to our little pup who just wanted to hang out and help them! Thank you both for such great service!
Recently had a water heater installed. They came out to give an estimate the same day I called, which was a Friday. They were able to install on Tuesday. They worked around my schedule. Mike and Tyler worked straight through. Considering all of the additional work that needed to be done to bring it up to code, they finished quickly. Everything was left neat and clean and everything is now up to code.

Adam and Justin from Archer were both excellent. Called Archer when I noticed a big scorch mark on the case of my tankless water heater. Adam was here first thing in the morning and quickly diagnosed the issue. Everything he said was consistent with what I had separately read about the causes of this type of issue, and the unit needed to be replaced as it had become a fire and carbon monoxide risk. Archer was able to accommodate replacement the very same day, and at a reasonable price. Adam and Justin started right away and worked diligently to complete the job before dinner time. Really appreciated their services and will call Archer again if I have home plumbing issues in the future.
This was my first experience with Archer Plumbing and it will not be my last. Christian and Anthony were AMAZING and did a fabulous job. I had several things done - new garbage disposal installed, 6 water shut off valves changed, a new faucet and under the sink plumbing in the powder room and snaking the drain. Very fairly and reasonably priced. A great experience. Could not have asked for a better job or nicer people doing the work.
