Tyler came out to provide a quote for some plumbing work and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. From the start he immediately earned my trust — you can tell he’s a true professional who takes pride in his work.I really appreciated him taking the time to come out and thoroughly look over our house. We’ll absolutely be keeping them in mind for future projects.
The tech that came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all questions I had about electricity around my house. The service was for maintenance on my generator which ended up being a spark plug ($11), oil filter($15), and 1 quart of oil(7$) (and took him 20-30 minutes) cost me over $750. While the service was fantastic, the price was outrageous.
Corey was amazing and very thorough in getting to the problem and fixing it!! I had a tricky main line issue, and he was very patient and determined to get it unplugged which he did!! Aside from being knowledgeable to do the job, he was very polite, courteous in taking care with keeping my house clean, and professional. I would highly recommend!!
Recently bought an older home in Elma and was needing to install a gas dryer. Called a local company out of Montesano and was told to try and install it myself. I ended up stripping the old 3/4" gas valve on a Sunday. Called Harts because they had good reviews and 24/7 customer service. Was scheduled for Monday. Then Monday got a call saying the technician could not come because of an emergency, rescheduled to Thursday. Jordan Bakken arrived ahead of time, was friendly, and knowledgeable. He is one of the most professional tradesman I've met. He fixed the dryer without judgement towards another DIY job gone bad. He also fixed several sections of older plumbing time bombs. The exploding plastic lines under the kitchen sink and the old home owner failed faucet repair in the shower. He explained everything clearly and gave cost estimates for all work before starting. I was not sure about Harts after having to reschedule, but the communication was always easy and clear with the office and Jordan was and is a rockstar. Thank you Harts! I will definitely be a return customer.Update:I reached out to Harts again for an inspection of our 29 year old gas furnace and looking to add air conditioning. Virgil did a great job inspecting everything and explaining what he was doing and looking for. He said that the transducer could stand to be replaced as well as the blower motor could be cleaned. He called Lennox and the part was around $1300 (will hold off on this one). The furnace heat exchanger was showing areas of fatigue, no cracking yet (using a borescope). We did a zoom consult with James going over 6 different options ranging from a midea heat pump down to just replacing the furnace and adding a seer air conditioner.I do think they could improve on giving more of a concrete time when the technician is coming. I was told anytime between 10-4 and Virgil came at 2:50 and left about 4:30. I also have the feeling that HVAC installers as a whole are pushing for heat pumps due to the phasing out of natural gas, which is fair, but natural gas is still fairly cheap. So I'm not sure the average "savings of an efficient heat pump" are accurate, I still need to look at the numbers to know for sure. Overall great communication, easy scheduling, and quick estimates. Thank you Harts!
Stephen Fry provided exceptional service and carried himself with the utmost professionalism. He explained everything clearly, ensured my system was up and running, and checked both my sump pump and basin. Through his thorough inspection, he discovered that my sump pump required attention. Hart is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated representative. Much appreciated and will be calling for their services again. Thank you.
