I received a letter from the City of Tumwater letting me know an excessive amount of water had been used at my house of rthe previous month and they suggested I contact someone for a possible leak. I immediately called Springer Plumbing and they came out the same day! They did a thorough inspection inside and outside my house while also checking my meter and the turn off valves. Their conclusion was I had an underground leak in my pipes (or irrigation system) and recommended a comany that spcializes in finding undetectable leaks (that company had 60 5-star reviews and also came the same day I called them). Springer Plumbing did an excellent job and I trust them with any referrals they may have! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs..

This company is truly excellent at what they do. My water heater broke on Sunday, I called on Monday, and they came out on Tuesday. Even installing a brand-new water heater took only an hour and a half. They worked very neatly, and after the job was finished, they left my garage clean and organized. The person who answered the phone was also incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much. If we ever have any plumbing issues in our home again, we’ll definitely call this company, and I’ll recommend them to others as well. Thanks to you, I have hot water again.
