We had a great experience with Cody at Backlund Plumbing.He was the first to respond when I reached out for bids and asked thoughtful questions to really understand the scope of the project. Another plumber made everything feel overwhelming, but Cody made it feel straightforward and manageable.He also asked about our future layout plans to make sure things were done right now instead of having to redo anything later. When we decided to pivot from his original recommendation, he was completely flexible and made it happen.He’s been detailed, communicative, shows up when he says he will, and carefully planned the multi-day work to minimize our downtime without plumbing. His pricing was very competitive as well.Truly impressed and would recommend him without hesitation.

Had a drain issue yesterday causing both our women's and men's restrooms at the office to be in-operable. Called Backlund around 12:30pm, and after they rearranged technicians were at our office by 2pm! These guys were great. My hot water heater went out they were able to send a plumber and a water heater out to my house within hours. They were able to answer any questions I had and super professional and friendly. For what you are getting I’d say their pricing is great! Thank you Backlund!!!
