Art was able to successfully fix my heater, which had been making excessive noise. He went above and beyond by going to Home Depot to obtain the necessary parts needed for the repair. After completing the work, he took the time to walk me through the process step by step, clearly explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. His professionalism, effort, and willingness to explain everything made the experience very positive. Art was a great help, and I truly appreciate the time and care he put into resolving the issue.

This review should have been posted much sooner. I wanted to replace my water heater that was in an enclosure outside and replace it with a tankless gas unit. The heater stopped working just before Thanksgiving. And I was noticing that the tank was tipping to one side. So I knew there was a issue with the slab that was underneath. The qoute that Oscar gave me was a bit high. Yet I knew there was a lot of work that had to be done. Including getting the gas line up to code. I did not wish to get another qoute, so I went with All Pro. And I have to say that Oscar Cruz and Cord Stuhlmiller did a tremendous job. I could not be happier. They were both professionals. And completed the job in one day. I've added some before and after photos.
