Your technician Angel was very nice and did a great job. He replaced the valve to the water heater in about 10 minutes or less and was very respectful and efficient.However, your representative, John would not be somebody that I would ever deal with again. He was very rude and how he spoke about the things that I had purchased previously being cheap, Home Depot is a cheap route. After his quote to replace water heater I indicated that I was not going to replace the water heater at this time. His comment was “you’re going to go to cheap route again”. He doesn’t know my financial situation or what I can afford to do at this time nor does he need to. But his attitude and the way he spoke to me, was talking down to me and very rude.
It has been a pleasure doing business with the guys over at Sweetwater. Work was done professionally and in a promptly manner. They were able to offer me a excellent finance plan as well. I highly recommend these guys!
