Service Hero installed a new 8-split Mitsubishi mini-split system last year. It has been working great, so I had forgotten that I had Access to an annual maintenance plan. Johnny called and left a message to remind me that I could have someone come by and maintain the system. I scheduled the maintenance inspection and Christian was able to come out the very same day.Christian was extremely thorough in checking the operation of each split, cleaning the vents, ensuring the pumps were working, and looking at the main heat pump unit. It turns out there was a problem with the disconnect box, which Christian expertly diagnosed, ordered the needed part, and came back to install a couple of days later.Christian also made some suggestions on how to improve my system by adding a surge protector unit at the disconnect box. I did some external research, which verified the information. So I ordered the part and installed it myself.
We experienced a great service from Service Hero! Their quick assistance and communication immediately after purchase of water heater was awesome. Jesus Puga picked up the new heater from Lowe's, and arrived at our house in less than an hour! He was totally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly during the entire job. He gave us some tips about maintenance for the unit. And he cleaned up the work site, removed the refuse together with taking away the old unit. Entirely satisfied with the job.
