Matthew assessed our situation and patiently explained our options, he was not pushy. We felt extremely confident and comfortable having the We Care company come and install a new furnace. Today a technician came out to perform maintenance on our water heater. It has been knocking and last year the tech told us it was in the pipes in the attic. Today the tech told us there were rocks inside and he could not remove them. His solution was for us to replace our boiler with a new one, get a tankless water heater, or get a filtration system. Our previous water heater never knocked like this and our water is still hard water. It’s only 6 years old and runs great with that exception and instead of fixing the problem the tech recommends we just dish out more money. So disappointing. What’s the point in paying a yearly maintenance fee if you are just gonna get scammed. This water heater was not cheap and we were told it would last over 15 years as long as we did maintenance. Like I said, it is in good condition, simply needs the rocks removed.

I’d especially like to thank his boss Jason for making a pro-client decision that made us very happy homeowners. I’ve heen around the block a couple time foks, We Care is truthful and squared away????????

The five stars goes to Christian. He had great service, really kind, and was thorough and even wanted to explain some things to make sure we knew what he saw. He also had to come back when our security camera seemed like it was affected by the work and he was able to still remedy that for us. I really appreciated Christian, his work ethic, and he really did care. If you want to go by the service, I wish Christian was able to do more services. I'd call him for everything if I could. I do recommend Christian.

The call center that I didn't realize I was calling gets like 2 to 3 stars. I think it also depends on who you're getting on the phone. It turns out they just route calls, but provide no urgency or communication. When I needed follow up help, it took me calling over 5 times to get an answer and from the work I got done on a Friday, they were only 'able' to get me in that following Wednesday. If it was a bigger issue with the HVAC... They wanted us to wait a whole 5 days after to get a follow up? I find that really disappointing. Madison and the regional dispatcher (maybe a Jada or Janelle) were actually helpful. Dane and May were just doing a job that didn't show the same level of care. I would next time try not to call center, but Christian or try to reach the dispatchers directly. They were definitely more helpful.

Today I had my LENNOX Mini-Split exterior blower fan unit Tuned-Up. I had the pleasure to meet my Technician Alfred Alvarez do a complete inspection that also included checking the operation of my four ceiling units, and even washed their interior filter. And to go above and beyond, he checked to make sure my Attic Fan thermostat was wired correctly along with it set to the correct temperature for it to activate automatically. Now that’s what I call fantastic Customer Service and in my book, it was Head and Shoulders above the rest. I’m glad I purchased my system through COSTCO who partnered with “WE CARE” to install my LENNOX system in 2021 along with the 10yr “Comfort Care” Extended Warranty. It pays to be covered should I ever need to use it in the future if something should stop my system from doing what does best. I have a reminder on my calendar to call WE CARE to TUNE-UP the Heater Element so it also gets the preventative maintenance these systems need to run at their highest capacity and provide the comfort levels I enjoy. Thank you WE CARE but mostly for introducing me to my Tech Alfred Alvarez.
