We recently purchased a house and realized there were some questionable choices by the previous homeowners that needed to be fixed and upgraded - toilet, tub, a sink removal with updating the lines to the washer, new water softener. We called Plumbs Up to have them replace the shower stall in our bathroom. Chad and Keith came out and did a very professional job of it while being quite congenial. Because other unforeseen work had to be done on the floor and drywall, they had to return a couple of times to complete the job. They informed us of their schedule, arrived on time, and were very careful to protect our floors and carpet from the attendant mess. We also engaged them to install a long overdue water softener and took their advice to straighten out the adjacent and very old pipes in our 1862 vintage house. I believe that precluded possible catastrophic flooding in the future. I highly recommend their service. Dave
Chad is the thinking man’s plumber. He planned each step (we had multiple issues), informed us about the work needed, and meticulously and efficiently performed the necessary work. Excellent service, from initial contact to job completion! Truly impressed by the email I received indicating who was coming to my house, which included a picture and bio! Chad arrived on time, was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He told me how much it would cost before he even started work. I will definitely call Plumbs Up again for any future work needed.
