Absolutely unbelievable service! We discovered a leaking pressure tank at 5am, and were referred here; we sent pictures of the issue, and within 3 hours they managed to get someone here to fix the tank so we could worry about drying out! We gave Torella Plumbing the job to do 7 brand new units. The way they ran the hot and cold supplies is a total disaster, the units don’t have separate shut off valves, the shower cartridges that they installed are lowest end that allow hot and cold water to cross over. They did invest some extra time to try and fix the hot and cold water situation, but failed to fix it and left us in the dark with the issues. I do not recommend this company.
Amazing. This company was willing to do the hard honest work without trying to upsell me on a new furnace like other companies. After being quote thousands of dollars, this company sent out a young professional named Bryson, who took the time to properly diagnose and fix my furnace. It was not an easy one as another company before them had made a mistake, but they took their time and only cost me a nominal amount for their time which was money well spent. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone as a trusted, honest and hard working company. Thank you very much, you saved me thousands and my house was warm all winter because of you!
Of course had a water/pump problem Saturday night and no water. Called Torella's at 7:00 am Monday and talked to Laura. Larry arrived first and was so optimistic and reassuring after determining it was the foot valve in the lake and told me I’d have water today…then after one person in the water and a boat arrival in the driveway then to the lake and wonderful service by all the Torella gang…I have water. Best experience!
Great professional service. Troubleshooted our hot water and heating issue and solved the problems without costly capital expenditures. Kudos to Bob TORELLA and company!
