Their work was excellent — professional, efficient, and very tidy. Everything was completed on time and looks great along with very reasonable pricing. Needed a washer changed for my tenants facet in Orillia. Next thing you know, I have a bill for replacing the entire thing with a $175.00 "Moen Kitchen Faucet". Total bill was $339.00. If this company had any semblance of communication, I would have said "No thank you, do not replace it, I will do it myself".
Too bad they don't operate in that way, and now I am forking over cash (they don't accept credit card)

We needed sprinklers installed for our basement Reno and we came across Derbecker Plumbing on Google. Scott and his dad are amazing. They were on time, efficient, courteous, clean, and honest. A rare find these days. Highly, highly recommend.
