Horrible, horrible horrible.. This company has no integrity. All they want is your money. Please stay away my husband and I used this company to install a garbage disposal we paid close to $800 for the garbage disposal and insulation less than a year ago however, the garbage disposal is now leaking and no longer operable when we got the insulation and garbage disposal from plumbing today they told us it came with a two year warranty mind you, it has not even been a year under warranty. So we contacted them and they came out to my home today. They had me sign a document saying that it would be free of charge zero dollars to reinstall a new one since we were still within warranty. However, I did hear the plumbing manager Jose telling him the technician to try to at least get her to pay 300 and some odd dollars for insulation at that point I knew they would try to scam me out of money and would not hold up the warranty agreement to make a long story short the technician was told not to install without charging us another $780 for a new garbage disposal Or suggested we buy a new garbage disposal and they would charge usover $300 just to reinstall although we were within a warranty. Absolutely not my husband called up another plumbing company immediately. That was my first but definitely will be my last Time using plumbing today. if you do not want to get scammed out of money stay far away There are so many other companies that we have contacted that does great business and that we will be using from this point going forward. I’ve already told neighbors do not use this company unless you want to be scammed out of your money, very disappointed and unsatisfied customer. if I could give zero stars, I would.
I have been been waiting for three days for a response to my home damage caused by their bad installation of PEX pipe. They did send techs to fix leak. Silence after that. Each day I call them and they tell me they are emailing the supervisor. UPDATE. I called them again. It is now 7-2 with no response.
I have been a loyal customer of this company for years across multiple properties in Tampa, but this was my first experience using their plumbing services—and unfortunately, it will likely be my last.**TL;DR:** Between the disregard for appointment times and the exorbitant pricing for basic services, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.**Full experience:**I scheduled a non-urgent visit to replace a hot water stem cartridge and install a garbage disposal. When I called ahead, I asked for a ballpark estimate, but was told they don’t provide pricing over the phone because "every job is different." Fair enough—I was willing to wait until the technician arrived to discuss costs. However, my scheduled window of 8–12 came and went. At 12:30, I called for an update and was told the tech was 30 minutes away. In reality, he arrived 90 minutes later. While the technician himself was professional and courteous—the only redeeming aspect of the experience—everything else left much to be desired.I provided a new garbage disposal myself, only to learn that installation alone carried a **flat fee of $350**—a "standard rate," despite having been told earlier that every job is unique. Had I known, I would have handled it myself or hired someone else. The hot water stem cartridge replacement—a part under $50 that takes a professional **10–15 minutes** to swap—cost me **$411.** No, that’s not a typo. At these rates, replacing the stems throughout my bathroom would cost a small fortune—perhaps **more than a full remodel.**And if you’re thinking, “I would have declined service entirely,” I hear you. However, that wouldn’t have spared me from paying **$50–$80** just for the privilege of receiving a quote. Since they refuse to provide estimates over the phone, you’re left paying regardless.Simply put: **outrageous.**
Amazing work and increíble speed to come and get issue fixed! This was a nightmare and in a matter of two hours they had shown up and fixed it! I would recommend this company hugely!Their technician Abraham was unbelievable!
*Removed another star for writing they cannot locate my records, despite being called a thousand times a day to remember to use my paid membership for service to my home.* Removed a few stars for a couple of issues: Update 6/2/231- After the re-pipe work, no one ever came back to fill the holes around my house, I have senior pets and they kept falling into the holes, I had to do it myself which was a lot of work as I'm a senior.2- I found out that they re-piped in front of my water heater and did not include a line for overflow water outside and did not tell me I needed a pan for underneath my water heater, the city found out this was not up to code and now my insurance agent is denying me insurance until I get that fixed. The issue is now that the pipes are in front of my heater it makes adding a pan most difficult. I called them about this and while they're not charging me a lot this is unacceptable that I have to pay to get this fixed, when it should have been fixed then, they actually made the situation worse. How do you put pipes in front of a water heater? My old pipes were behind the heater. Depending on work being performed on Tuesday 6/6 to see if they make this right, they will maintain a 3 star rating. *Update, the gentleman who fixed my issue they created did an outstanding job, was personable and professional. Hit or miss with this company.Previous review:I called to see about a leak I had. The service tech was great, knowledgeable, and explained everything, very professional. The cost estimate for a repair and a re-pipe was almost the same price and the estimate for the re-pipe was comparable to other estimates I had received in the past since I knew I needed a re-pipe, this was something I had to do, so I chose this company I was given an appt the following Monday, the crew was great, I will explain why I thought so, they were very savvy and found ways to minimize damage to my home, my home is a bit older so they had to come up with various unique ways to get pipes in and around my home. They actually discussed things and asked ME what I wanted and where I wanted certain faucets, or if I wanted to keep certain plumbing, (shower heads, etc) etc. They were clean, very detailed, and very friendly. The holes they had to make were as small as they could make them so as not to create a huge mess. They did not mind me asking questions and understood that I as a homeowner needed to see what was being done just in case I needed to do work in the future. Unlike other companies, the workers were personable and took care of doing a good job, and were very respectful of my home and of my pets, and my time. I am still waiting on inspection and the dirt being placed back but I have to say that all in all I am quite pleased, I didn't feel price gouged, or that they were doing a shoddy job. It's stressful enough having to shell out lots of money or not having water, or having stuff all over the place for a re-pipe but at least I didn't feel the stress of having poor workmanship or nasty attitudes in my home.
