True-Tech Plumbing Services

I had Ron Jackson over to replace a pressure tank in my basement. He came within a day, assessed, removed, and replaced the tank all in just a few hours. He was very friendly and experienced with these older country homes. I wouldn't even hesitate, the next time I have any issues, he will definitely be my go to guy!!

Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Ronald and his associate, who also happens to be his wife. It's a rarity to see such a dynamic partnership these days, and I must say, their teamwork was outstanding! They arrived promptly and went straight to work, taking the time to explain their diagnostic process thoroughly. They asked insightful, open-ended questions that allowed me to understand the root of the plumbing issues rather than just addressing the symptoms. This approach helped them identify a secondary problem that had been driving up my recent Whitby water bill. I'm confident that fixing both the primary and secondary issues will save me hundreds in the long run. In a world where quality service seems to be declining, this team sets a new standard. Please extend my gratitude to Ronald and his wife—how inconsiderate of me not to get her name! I was truly impressed by their efficiency and precision. Without a doubt, I will rely on Ronald and his wife for all my future plumbing needs. Respectfully, Michael
