I highly recommend Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains Ltd if you value true peace of mind.

In the middle of winter, my hot water tank — which had already failed several times before — broke down again. I managed to get a couple of opinions and estimates quickly, but something just didn’t sit right. I decided to get one more opinion and contacted Trevor at Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains Ltd — and I’m so glad I did.

Trevor took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He provided clear estimates, explained the equipment options, and outlined both product and workmanship warranties. What stood out most was that he never criticized the other quotes or pressured me into making a decision.

The work was completed the very next day, and everything went smoothly. Since then, I’ve hired him again for additional work.

Trevor is professional, personable, transparent, and extremely skilled. Crystal and Lisa, who handled the scheduling and office support, were also wonderful to deal with — friendly, organized, and efficient.

The office team were very helpful and was able to schedule our work right away. The plumber, Shane, was great. He quickly diagnosed the real problem and was very fast in picking up the needed parts. Valliancourt is a reliable and wonderful company to deal with.
I had a problem with my leaky valve connected to the water main. Valliancourt assisted me to arrange with the city water department to have the main valve shut off/turn on plus arrangement to change the defective water box on my lawn (big job!). They know the entire process very well and save me much time to make arrange with the city re available time and sources allotment.
The staffs from Valliancourt are courteous and helpful. Phone call were pickup and return promptly. Trevor is a professional gentleman who knows his trade very well and very polite to work with me, that make my highly anxious event much easier to live with.
Valliancourt is highly recommended. I would call them for all my future plumbing issues.

I would like to strongly recommend Vaillancourt Plumbing. The office staff were very pleasant and responsive, and they were able to send a technician to my residence within hours of my call.
The technician, Trevor S., arrived on time and was polite, courteous, and transparent about the work he was going to perform. He even suggested that the larger snake was not necessary for the job, which ultimately saved us money.
Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism and honesty, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
