Had Eric install a dishwasher. The service was prompt and efficient. While the company was dealing with multiple emergencies elsewhere, Eric was able to drop everything to make sure our new dishwasher was installed as promised. Fantastic and friendly service! Greg came to install a water line for our new fridge. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them enthusiastically and skillfully. A couple weeks ago, we had an issue with draining at our house. Called environmental plumbing. Lance came by, and before performing any work, he communicated what he recommended to do and the pricing. He cleared the clog, and showed me the camera in the internal drain, showing some much needed care. He recommended that we replace the internal main drain, and quoted us the pricing. This week, Eric and his team came by and spent the week taking the pipe out and replacing it. I am very happy with the service and communication I got throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company if you want professional service. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had an excellent experience with Greg, our plumber. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and extremely easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and kept great communication throughout the entire visit.
What really stood out was how well he handled our household dynamics. He was wonderful with my autistic niece. He was patient, calm, and respectful, and even our notoriously mean cat didn’t try to attack him, which is a miracle in itself!
