Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise prompt responses and courteous, professional service; one kitchen-renovation customer also appreciated the cleanup afterward. A new-build customer valued fixture suggestions and schedule flexibility, while another says a main waterline valve repair came shortly after the call. One reviewer reports that an unsealed sink drain pipe later separated and left a bulkhead soaked with water; the same reviewer says a later question about a refrigerator water/ice line went unanswered.

We utilized their services for a Gas Hot water tank and our Furnace and AC. When we reached out, a reply came very quickly which was greatly appreciated. All installs went smooth and the service is professional and courtious. Furnace units wern't in abundance and Shane went out of his way to find a suitable one for our house at a market competitive/ reasonable cost. 100% reccommend them to others requiring gas & water services.

Few weeks back I had Shane come and repair the main waterline valve coming into my home! He came shortly after I called. Great guy! Awesome plumber. Highly recommend!

He didn’t seal my sink drain pipe and as the ground shifted over a few years, the pipe separated and I ended up paying $1,500 to fix a bulkhead soaked with water. Then I asked him for drywall contacts and he sent me two duds. Finally, I asked him for feedback regarding a fridge water/ice line and he never got back to me. I just don’t trust Shane and wouldn’t do business with him again.

Hello plumbing service seekers!
We recently had a kitchen renovation/gut job. Brian came and he did an excellent job, he's very friendly and you can tell that he loves his job. What I appreciated is the cleaning of the area once he was all done! Great Job! ????and thank you very much Brian ??

Ryan, Shane and the team at Its Plumbing handled all the plumbing for our new build in 2023. Shane was great to deal with from always being responsive and willing to help us with fixture suggestions. They worked around our schedule and job was completed without any surprise costs. We are located in a rural area and they are able to handle the hot water tank, well water connection and the water softener system.
I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.
