Highly professional and efficient service! I had a fantastic experience today with James M. He was extremely professional and addressed a tricky issue where my interior shut-off valve had failed and the outdoor frost-free sillcock was leaking. James replaced the old interior valve with a high-quality ball valve featuring a waste drain, ensuring my plumbing is now properly set up for the Canadian winter. He also fixed the outdoor faucet leak quickly and efficiently. The work was top-notch, the pricing was very reasonable, and he left the workspace spotless. It’s hard to find such a reliable and honest professional these days. I highly recommend James M. to anyone in the Ottawa area!

Friday - 27 February 2025 Billy P. And his crew installed a backwater valve on my sanitary system. They all were very pleasant and professional. Arrived on schedule and proceeded with the installation. They left the site clean with limited dust remaining after breaking down the concrete floor. I would definitely deal with them again in the future should the need arise.

Seamus R was sent over to figure out where our water leak was. He was respectful while at our home and did his job with little supervision. I explained to him our concerns. The concern of water leak that’s been going on for one year was important and why I’m giving him a 1 star review is because I asked him to put in detailed writing the problem. The problem had to do with the water softer machine. I’m not a plumber so I don’t talk plumber language. I called his company over 7 times and texted them over 7 times to ask to get his email and get a deried report. After one full week no answers to my questions I give up and rating him one star for very poor follow up service. He was paid in full by credit card the same day. Least Seamus R could do is his job and homework after leaving our house and giving us what was paid for and why we called this company.

Billy and Seamus were great. They were able to take a quick look at my sink , identify what was wrong and fix it within the same day. Our sink was out of order due to a clog for 3 days , and they not only unclogged it but also replaced the corroded parts. They were so polite and my dog loved them too. Great job ! Very happy with the service.

Catlin was awesome. Showed up on time, explained the work very well, offered his advice and was done at a very reasonable price. He replaced two corroded copper pipes in an hour and the work was very high quality.. I also had an outdoor faucet replaced by Sean last year and he also did a fantastic job. I highly recommend these guys.
