They worked hard and communicated very well and also reached out to my apt building management office to help fix my issues in both my bathrooms. Thank you again I really appreciate Mike and Andrew the two plumbers that came to try and fix everything your hard work will not go unnoticed thank you so much. Thank you to Mike for dealing with me on Monday and doing his very best to try and fix my bathroom and thank you to Andrew for coming back with Mike on Thursday to keep doing their very best to solve the problem! We recently had a tankless water heater installed and I honestly could not be happier with the entire experience. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, this plumbing company was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive.

They took the time to explain the difference between traditional and tankless systems, helped us choose the right unit for our home, and clearly outlined pricing with no surprises. The installation was seamless — they showed up on time, protected the work area, and completed the job efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. They made sure everything was up to code, tested the system thoroughly, and walked us through how to use and maintain it. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction.

Now we have endless hot water and better energy efficiency — total game changer!

If you’re considering going tankless or need a reliable plumbing company, I highly recommend them. Honest, skilled, and top-notch service all around. Would absolutely use them again!

My experience with Donlon has been 10/10. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly, admin staff is competent and efficient. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I called roto-rooter for a semi-emergency one weekend. Got quoted $1,600. Donlon did it for $250. Two lessons: 1. Roto Rooter (Vicente Oropeza, specifically) is a joke. 2. Donlon is an honest group that does quality work.

Called for an estimate on price for repair because I had a leak in a pipe going under my slab concrete foundation. They said they'd have someone that day between 11:00 and 1:00. He came at 12:45, looked at the water coming out of cement where the pipe went under the foundation, went to his van to make a call, then came back and said I'd need to call a leak detection company, and that I needed to pay $75 for the service call. Why am I paying for a service call for someone confirm that I have a leak, like I told them on the phone? Why not just tell me on the phone that they don't have the equipment to do leak detection, and to call someone else first? It's like if my car had a flat tire, the auto shop told me to come in, then after getting there they charge me to say I have flat tire and that I need to go to a tire shop to replace it.
2 stars instead of 1 because I'd previously had good service from them rebuilding a leaking sink drain ($300).
