Our technician Allen Ceballes did a great job installing our new garbage disposal and a whole house water filtration and treatment system.He kept us well informed throughout the process.The office staff at General Heating and Air are always very courteous on the phone and consistently follow-up when needed.
Great workers, neat, polite, and on time. The problem is the pricing. They charge you a service charge which all companies do and they quote you a price and then when you get the bill they add almost $16 for the truck for the gas and for the driver. So I wonder what the service charge is for? They say it's to come to your house but then they add these other fees to come to your house which they don't tell you about until you get the final bill. That's deceptive on the company's part. Has nothing to do with the workers and their knowledge, they were terrific. I'm almost 80 yrs old n my pilot light went out and just to relight it cost me well over $180 when it was said and done.
This company has been fantastic with follow up and service. There has not been one time that I haven’t gotten a follow up call or email. We love our garage doors and courtyard door. Highly recommend.
Louie Zuniga was the representative that came to our house. He was very professional and friendly. He gave us A LOT of REALLY GOOD information. At first it was not going to be affordable for us but then he worked out other options and presented them to us. With those other additional options we were able to make a more educated decision and it was much more affordable plan for us. So after like four hours and panecito and chips and pets and family talk we made the decision. Thank you General and thanks so much Louie for your time, your new friendship and for all the different options you presented to us!!!
The General did an amazing job! Fast, efficient and extremely professional. They installed an entire system, heating & AC, in one day, replacing our old system which was no longer heating the house. The Lennox system is state of the art, and comes with a 10 year warranty. Patrick Sommers and his team were so easy to work with, and made sure the system was exactly what we need for the house. They also worked to make sure it was within our budget. We love the new system, the house feels great, and the Smart Thermostat that was installed with the system is phenomenal! Love being able to control my system no matter where I am.
