If you’re searching for a top-notch, reliable plumber, you’ve found the right team with Mike & Sons Plumbing LLC. Troy and the crew really know their stuff! Sometimes there’s a short wait for service, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality you get. Before starting any repairs, Troy takes the time to check out the problem and figure out exactly what’s going on. He then explains your options clearly and helps you choose what fits your budget best. Troy is very knowledgeable about plumbing codes and safety. While checking my plumbing, Troy noticed my gas water heater’s flue wasn’t installed right and was touching insulation, which could have been a fire risk. He quickly fixed the flue and made sure everything was safe and up to code. Thanks to his careful work, my family is protected from dangerous gases, and my home’s plumbing is now safe. It’s rare to find a licensed plumber who truly cares about customers and pays attention to every detail. I’ll definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs!

We needed the outside faucets replaced, repairs for both the bathroom and kitchen faucets, and a new shower head with handles installed. Troy showed up to give us a free estimate and later came back to handle all the repairs. The work was done quickly and everything turned out great! The quality of service was top-notch, and I felt confident in the work done. On my first call, Troy installed an on-demand water heater and a new dishwasher. We had a sewage backup at our home in Cathedral City and called another plumbing company first, but they told us we needed a whole new trap and gave us a very high estimate. Wanting to make sure, we decided to get a second opinion and called a different plumber. They were very responsive and scheduled us quickly. The next morning, Troy gave us a call to confirm the appointment and let us know when he would arrive. Troy showed up on time, was friendly, and really knew his stuff. He was able to clear out the clog and get our pipes working again without any problems. We were relieved that the fix was much easier and less expensive than we were first told. I would definitely use their plumbing services again and recommend them to anyone in Cathedral City who needs a reliable plumber. The whole crew was helpful and made the process smooth.
