I called this company after I had a leak detection company identify the location of my leak they were to repair the leak only they sent a pair out to look at the leak i pointed it out to them and they sent a quote that was approved and the job was scheduled
On the day the repair was supposed to happen someone else showed up representing there company who did not have any notes or information about my repair he sent a new quote that was much lower then the original after contacting the office they decided to bill for the much higher quote stating they were billing for the leak detection (they did not detect any leak, it was pointed out to them)

Obviously a cash grab

I do not recommend this company
I would give a lower rating but the repair is holding

Called to replace parts on my lifetime Rheem Marathon tank. Answered a million questions just for them to set an appointment. OK. Guy shows up (owner?) and goes right to quoting me $3,750 for a new basic $800 tank. I didn't ask for that, but what's the labor and parts on that unsolicited quote? "We don't break down our quotes." (so $3k for 2 hrs labor? Hahaha). I never asked for a new quote, but asked is it a heat pump? "No." Well I called for repairs, quote me what I asked for. His reply, well it's $400 for me to call Rheem for parts quote. Ha. I already have the parts number from AI. You're not the right company, goodbye. If you like dishonest, sleazy companies, well this one is for you!

It's been about 6 months since they did my neighbors and my septic to sewer conversion... very happy with their work.... they did a great job... friendly and professional.. reasonably priced... Jeff was my go to guy ...he soothed my anxiety of having the work completed while I was in a out of town.... I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.
