Another plumbing service told me I had to replace my entire lift station panel but Mr. Rooter technicians discovered that the other company had crossed some wires inducing a fault. Mr. Rooter is an excellent company to work with. They were the only company that would come help us on such short notice. We had a leaking pipe inside the wall supplying the toilet, that had gone unnoticed by tenants for an unknown amount of time. As I found it doing other work and removed the wallboard to find the line with pinholes. They responded to our emergency as if it were as important to them as it was to us.Logan Murphy was our service professional and he performed an excellent service with upmost care and perfection!! He fully explained what he was going to do and gave us a written proposal for the service. When completing the work, he showed me everything that he had done and had performed a leak test on his work, which he was completely satisfied and confident with because it was going to be concealed in the wall once again.In conclusion with full confidence, I can and do recommend Mr. Rooter as a company as well as Logan Murphy, Service Professional.Thanks for your help in our time of need!!!!
We have used Mr. Rooter for our plumbing issues for years. Dispatch (Crystal &Courtney) are professional, friendly & quick to get a technician to our home. Logan/Caleb accessed our plumbing issues/needs and gave a detailed explanation of what would need to be done and then gave us a quote for the work. They came back in the AM and started & completed work quickly and efficiently. These guys were great and an asset to this company. We have always received great efficient professional work from this company.
This company is very customer oriented. The staff is professional, knowledgeable & extremely pleasant to work with. When we had issues with our on demand gas water heater Mr. Rooter was able to respond & send a repairman out promptly. Billy & Landon originally came & diagnosed the problem giving us several options & associated costs. Billy returned today to finalize the repair to our on demand gas water heater & unfortunately had to complete the repair in extremely cold conditions as the water heater is located outside on the wall of the house. He arrived on time & despite the unpleasant weather conditions, completed the work efficiently, cleaned up the area & was very pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased not only with the excellent job he did in a timely manner but also the way he dealt with & communicated with both my husband & myself. I would definitely recommend Billy & the Mr. Rooter company for any plumbing work that you may need to have done. They not only do plumbing but also install & repair gas on demand water heaters. I know we will always contact Mr. Rooter for any plumbing or gas repairs we may need in the future. Their professionalism & pleasant manner is unsurpassed. These guys made my day. Not only did they fix our stop-up, they were very professional and pleasant. We have an older home with cast iron pipes. We have one area that has been a problem for years.
