James Smith was amazing! I called Roto Rooter and he was there in 45 minutes. Despite snow making it difficult to park we figured out parking and he assessed my broken heater. He gave me a fair quote and then got the equipment. He’s very polite, professional and courteous around me and my kids. Within one day and just a few hours he took away my 20 year old large heater, replaced the rusted pipes, vacuum, and installed my new heater without damaging the floor or anything around. He cleaned up any mess and was respectful of the space. This was such a stress less experience thanks to Jame’s expertise and professionalism. I thought the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He seems to have fixed the problem. Not happy though with price and work performed. I was quoted a price to remove toilet, snake drain and the reset with new wax ring. HeCleared from underneath the house not touching the toilet
