Not good people to deal with. Before driving an hour it would be nice to see if they have the part in stock. However they are "too busy".

Heads up — if you’re buying a kit here, double-check that all the parts are included. Mine was missing pieces, which caused a leak that lasted three months until the manufacturer finally confirmed the problem. I brought everything back to the store, and they swore I had all I needed. Later, they refused a refund, said it wasn’t their problem, and told me I had to come back with my plumber. I didn’t realize being a woman meant I needed a plumber escort — do they tell men the same thing?

Very bad experience they sold me Wong product in rush cus they was closing soon when I went back for return they said it’s final sale they so rude and very disappointed it’s $200 part I came from hour and 20 minutes drive , never recommended someone to go there .
