Not good people to deal with. Before driving an hour it would be nice to see if they have the part in stock. However they are "too busy".

Mine was missing pieces, which caused a leak that lasted three months until the manufacturer finally confirmed the problem. I brought everything back to the store, and they swore I had all I needed. Later, they refused a refund, said it wasn’t their problem, and told me I had to come back with my plumber. I didn’t realize being a woman meant I needed a plumber escort — do they tell men the same thing?
Very bad experience they sold me Wong product in rush cus they was closing soon when I went back for return they said it’s final sale they so rude and very disappointed it’s $200 part I came from hour and 20 minutes drive , never recommended someone to go there .
These guys are awesome. They're about an hour away from where i live but they were the only local supplier for a boiler that I had. Not only were they incredibly well stocked, but they're actual plumbers who are willing to share their knowledge.Doug specifically was so incredibly helpful. You can tell when someone genuinely likes what they do and is a wealth of knowledge. After getting some components installed from a local plumber, he was able diagnose issues with a simple call and walked me through how to fix it after the plumbers I hired couldn't figure out the issue.If I ever need something plumbing related, They will have my business, no matter how far away they are.
