Intact Plumbing & Heating

I’ve called Intact Plumbing on several occasions for clogged drains, leaky water heaters, and a malfunctioning hot water boiler. Each time, Shai responds quickly and makes scheduling easy. Their communication is always consistent and professional. Both Shai and Gary have worked on our issues, and they are true professionals with an incredible work ethic. They take the time to clearly explain what the problem is and how they plan to fix it. I really appreciate that they welcome questions while they’re working so you can better understand what’s going on and how to prevent future issues. They are honest, transparent, and easy to talk to about every aspect of the project. It’s hard to find reliable, trustworthy plumbers, and Intact Plumbing has consistently delivered. I highly recommend them.

Shai and his team at Intact Plumbing are truly excellent. He always shows up quickly, communicates clearly, and does clean, thorough work. Shai is one of the most honest and professional businessmen I have ever worked with, which is rare these days. He shows up when he says he will, explains everything along the way, and stands behind his work with a warranty. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. I have had nothing but great experiences and would not call anyone else. Highly recommend Intact Plumbing.

We reached out to Intact Plumbing and they were extremely kind and were able to easily fix our issue. They were very professional and easy to contact. They were clear with the job and the cost. I will certainly be working with them again. Thank you and happy holidays.

I saw great reviews about Shai, so I contacted him for a cracked / leaky pipe. He communicated quickly and directly. Appointment made conveniently. I was initially taken aback when a different person came to our door (Gary, I believe), but he was excellent. Skilled, communicative, clear, neat, thorough. Really anything one could ask for in a service person. Thank you thank you thank you to Shai, Gary and the Intact Plumbing team.

Intact plumbing was a life saver for me recently when my water heater bursted. Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can’t recommend Shai highly enough! I called on a Wednesday afternoon around 4pm because my water heater and boiler had both gone out, and he showed up first thing the next morning at 7am. He worked tirelessly all day to get everything replaced and up and running perfectly. Throughout the whole process, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained what needed to be done and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to helping their customers. If you’re looking for a plumber who responds quickly, works hard, and does top-quality work, don’t hesitate to call Intact Plumbing! I’ll definitely be using him again for any future plumbing needs.
