Mr Pipe is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand the issue. I really appreciate that he speaks Spanish, which made communication easy and comfortable. He was so kind and patient explaining to my husband and me how the machine works, along with helpful tips to better use our tankless furnace. I was very impressed with Hector. He serviced our 43 year old
Weil-Mclean heating boiler. He diagnosed the issue and
repaired it at a fair price. Hector was very knowledgeable, competent and meticulous. He did not rush out the door when finished but waited until the pipes were warm. Meaning the
bioler was working properly. This happened to be a rental property. I look forward to calling Hector for my
