Experience was fantastic. Rich was our technician and did a great job. Paul was also extremely helpful, providing constant updates (we were not at the house at the time of the service). We were very satisfied.

Such a great company! Awesome operator! Came out same day and Jordan was super helpful. Spent time with us. Checked all faucets. No upselling and made sure that we felt comfortable before he left. Certainly will be going back to Paramount next time and requesting Jordan

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your willingness to assist our association. You all came highly recommended, and I see why!! PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! In this day, when you seem to hear so many horror stories of various companies not standing behind their work, it is reassuring to see a company that not only stands behind their work but does it with such a customer-friendly attitude. I want to compliment Dahalia for her superb customer service! She was very thorough and provided great calm when I was expressing a major issue we need to rectify. Thank you, Dahalia, you are a gem. Thank you a Billion!
