What started as home owner DIY and faulty equipment was rescued by Chad and his team. They were responsive in call backs and scheduling, professionally analyzed or water leak issues , and had the ability to run scope equipment through the drain pipes to confirm integrity of system. The price was on quote, easy to communicate with, and friendly, high quality service.

Chad and Jeremy were excellent, easy to deal with and very professional. Chad even saved me money by downsizing the hot water tank which was huge for an apartment. I would highly recommend Apple Valley Plumbing for any plumbing or backflow job. Chad is very knowledgeable regarding Strata properties and apartments. We experienced some major issues with flooding recently in our crawl space – Our hot water tanks destroyed and the water softener and main water tank had to be relocated to the main floor.We were so impressed with Apple Valley Plumbing! They helped us locate the best spot for relocation of the new hot water tank, water softener and main tank – And I’ll be honest, I was pretty picky but they took their time with me. They were friendly, on time and most importantly efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
