Alex was the service person that came out to my house to move my washing machine connections higher so that I could reach them. He did an outstanding job and when he left the work area was clean and very neat. I think it pretty much sums it up to say that Alex went above and beyond what I was expecting. I made the right call to have Reddi Services come out and look at my air handler. They were able to come out the same day after 5 PM to diagnose the issue I was having. Chris S. was my technician and was able to give me all my options and a plan of action for the following day. They were able to call me the next day as promised and came out to fix my issue. He explained all options and the fix thoroughly. He was honest and fair, which is rare nowadays. He even gave me suggestions on how to maintain my system and other services their company offered. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone in need!
We had a pipe burst in our bathroom and had tons of water spraying out of a hole in the wall for several minutes until we could turn the water off at the street. I called Reddi Services and Pepe came to our rescue! He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only replace the broken PVC pipe with new copper pipe, he referred an emergency water damage company that came out to help solve this huge problem. I am excited to work with Reddi Services again and continue working with Pepe! He is amazing!
