Old stubborn tub handle that no standard tool could remove was removed by The Plumber guy. Instead of pressuring me into buying their service to replace the cartridge, offered advice to successfully do it on my own. I had all the parts and proper tools ready to go and they recognized that. Myke is a true consummate professional. He was able to determine a source of leak hidden inside my walls in the most unintrusive way possible. Within a half an hour he solved a problem many other plumbers struggled to locate. My interactions with the staff were always courteous, professional and timely.
