Milano Mechanical came highly recommended by a good friend and they did not disappoint. Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday and after leaving a message, we were quickly scheduled for an appt. on Tuesday morning. Ben showed up, appraised the issue quickly, ordered parts...and we were back up and running the morning after parts arrived. Ben was easy to work with, responsive to all my questions and provided great customer service. In between, Jenae at the front desk kept us updated throughout the process. In today's world where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, the Milano Mechanical team showed that great customer service still exists! Milano will now have my HVAC/Plumbing business going forward.
The entire process with Milano Mechanical has been professional and of the highest quality. Starting from the proposal phase all the way through the installation. There were no surprises and the quality of the team was courteous and easy to work with. When there were final issues to be resolved, the owner himself stepped in and completed the work in order to keep us on schedule.
