Highly Recommend!! I has suspicion of a leak in my house after hearing a continuous dripping sound resulting in me reaching out to have it assessed. Roman was able to come and check it out within just 2 days!! What I thought I was hearing turned out not to be a pipe leak and Roman was able to educated and inform me on how the pipe is making said noise. He checked multiple areas even under the house to triple check it was not a leak. After, he wrote up a very nice formal report to give to me to go over what he had done! Overall such a great experience, couldn't recommend enough!

Our family has worked with Roman for nearly 19 years, across two different homes, and he is truly the only plumber we trust. He’s not only an exceptional professional—knowledgeable, experienced, and dependable —but also someone you feel completely comfortable welcoming into your home.

We first met Roman when our oldest daughter was just four months old, and now she’s about to turn 19. Over the years, he’s come to feel like part of our extended family. I always enjoy catching up with him and hearing about his girls and Eleni.

It’s rare to find someone so skilled and so trustworthy. I can’t recommend Roman highly enough. He is the best and only plumber we will ever use.

We have worked with Roman and his team for decades and for many different properties. From the outset Roman has exhibited the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care. I remember one Mother's Day, on a weekend, our water heater was leaking and Roman moved all his plans around to be able to take care of the problem for us. He is meticulous in his work and never takes a short cut. His charges are always fair and communicated before he starts the project. He has assembled a wonderful team working in the field and in the office. Every time I call them, I know the work will be top quality and done right the first time. They take their time to make sure everything makes sense, thoroughly test everything before they leave, and always explain what was done clearly and professionally.

Communication and scheduling are always fast and easy — they’re quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and keep me updated throughout the process.

What I appreciate most is their professionalism and care. They always wear shoe booties, lay down protective blankets, and leave the work area spotless.
