We had a great experience with Small Jobs Plumbing. Chris was fantastic in particular. They got back to us quickly and were able to get out to our house and diagnose the problem within a few days. Chris was professional and courteous enough to explain everything in detail to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. The fix was a big job but they had it done in less than a week. They put in the extra effort to protect our furniture and kitchen as much as possible and cleaned up everything before leaving. Really appreciate this team and would highly recommend.
Damon C was amazing. Polite, fast and used the cheapest alternative to get my garbage disposer working. I have used these guys a few times. Prices are fair, they come fast and they know what they’re doing.
Great job done by Chris the technician. He evaluated the problem and was able to fix the backup quickly. He also answered questions I had about our sump pump and gave suggestions on new equipment. I will definitely call call Small Jobs Plumbing in the future.
The slogan should be "No job too small... for a price!" What a disappointment! I called these guys to my work place to snake a kitchen sink. I was given a time window when the plumber will show up for the inspection. An our past that window I had to call them again looking for the guy. When he finally showed up way passed our open hours, he spent more time pushing buttons on his tablet than inspecting the sink. Next, he informs me that to snake a simple kitchen sink will cost us over $300!! You've got to be kidding me. For this price I'll learn how to do it myself.Be sure to ask directly and upfront what they would typically charge for the job to avoid paying.. wait for it... a non-refundable inspection fee. Do not recommend.
Ryan, from Small Jobs Plumbing, came out to look at my backed up sink and non-functioning garbage disposal. He was polite and professional. He gave me many options and then went to check the garbage disposal, finding a VERY small rock that had jammed it up. Problem solved! This company has always been great to deal with and I will continue to use them in the future!
