I’ve used this company exclusively for a long time, and every single experience reminds me why. Today they installed a new toilet, and once again they made the entire process effortless. What really impressed me was their full-package solution: affordable pricing, no need to shop for products, and zero hassle disposing of the old toilet. They handled everything.

Drew, as always, was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly — the kind of technician you actually feel good about welcoming into your home. And the team in the office? Always just as wonderful. Responsive, helpful, informative and consistently kind (the office manager even offers you counselling when you’re melting down because your fridge is leaking).

It’s rare to find a company that delivers great work, fair pricing, and genuinely good people all in one. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing done right.
