Hands-down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. I would give six stars if I could!!
I’ve used this company exclusively for a long time, and every single experience reminds me why. Today they installed a new toilet, and once again they made the entire process effortless. What really impressed me was their full-package solution: affordable pricing, no need to shop for products, and zero hassle disposing of the old toilet. They handled everything.
Drew, as always, was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly — the kind of technician you actually feel good about welcoming into your home. And the team in the office? Always just as wonderful. Responsive, helpful, informative and consistently kind (the office manager even offers you counselling when you’re melting down because your fridge is leaking).
It’s rare to find a company that delivers great work, fair pricing, and genuinely good people all in one. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing done right.

Thank you for the excellent and professional service. From booking the appointment to the completion of the work Caldwell Plumbing provides fantastic customer service. My main shut off valve went and was leaking badly. In today's Canada where everything is beyond expensive, Caldwell Plumbing has fair and reasonable pricing for great work. Truely a great Canadian Family owned company.

Had our toilet installed several months ago, and noticed a leak several months later. I called Caldwell Plumbing, to have a plumber come and fix it, they came the next day. Toilet was fixed and covered under warranty, no charge to me. Thank you, for your prompt, efficient service. I was very pleased, and I would recommend Caldwell to all my family and friends.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Caldwell Plumbing handle emergency plumbing after hours?
Yes. Its emergency service is available at any hour, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
