Our home is on the older side and we had a toilet with what I like to call a “super pump”, and it ultimately ended up failing where we needed an entirely new toilet. As soon as I called I was greeted with kindness and incredibly helpful suggestions that saved me not only time, but also finances. Anthony was our technician and made himself available a day earlier than servicing was initially scheduled. He has a calm and kind demeanor and was very educational about the process in its entirety.
