We purchased a high-end HVAC unit from Miranda. We discussed our frustrations with our current HVAC system. Uneven temperatures. 2 Units but only 2 returns and in poor places. Ductwork through attic was poorly laid out 30 years ago. They inspect and agreed. So we bit the bullet and had all ductwork replaced. Amazing difference. 6 new returns. Uniform temperatures throughout the house. Huge difference in all bedrooms with added returns. Large crew here all week doing ductwork and install. Jacob, Cody and Brahim put together a well thought out ductwork plan, and helped by the large crew did outstanding work on installing ductwork and unit. Made sure one of our units was always available. Super attentive to cleanliness. Very happy with results.
Vincent was superb. Knowledgeable, efficient and kind.He kept us informed throughout and detected a potentially serious issue that we were not aware . Very pleased.I would add that he returned the following day and replaced our hot water heater. The job was done with excellence and efficiency.Vincent is a caring and courteous person. We are very happy with his work!
I have to say that I had a wonderful experience with Miranda from making the phone call to saying goodbye to Norbey. I made my service call @ 11.30 am, and at3 pm same day, our technician Norbey was at our front door. First thing he did was to make us feel comfortable that the problems we were experiencing would be taken care of before he left. He didn’t lie. His personality and knowledge shined through! He is a very neat and organized technician. And you could tell he loved what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and hopefully you will get Norbey assigned to you to take care of your issues.
Great experience all around with Miranda - their front desk associate who took my call was super kind and efficient to getting a plumber out there quickly. She sent Norbey and he was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, quick with the fixes and really made the experience stress free as both my sink + air conditioning needed repairs the same day. I actually had another company already scheduled for fixing the air conditioning but cancelled and had this company do it after such a great experience with the plumbing issue. Derricke worked on the air conditioning and was also very fast & thorough. They worked together seamlessly as a team to get everything done quickly as possible and worked within my schedule. So glad I found this company as I now know who to call if I need great service!
