I requested a visit from Hydro plumbing to fix a leaky faucet. I spoke with Jessie and we arranged a visit which was convenient for me and appropriate for the seriousness of the issue. He arrived punctually and assessed the situation quickly. Given the circumstances, he felt that he could correct the problem on this visit since I already had acquired a replacement part for the faucet. It turned out to be a somewhat complicated installation that required several trial and error adjustments, but at the end, the problem was solved, and the faucet worked flawlessly. I had expected to be charged an appropriate amount for his efforts, but he did not charge me because he was able to correct the problem without having to research replacement parts and costs and scheduling a follow up appointment. I was very pleased with his demeanor and generosity, and would not hesitate to contact Hydro plumbing in the future if the need arises
