What customers say
Customers mention efficient water-heater work, clear explanations and clean installations; one says the team came the next morning to replace a unit and cleaned up afterward. A different customer says pilot-light relighting lasted only a day before a water-heater replacement. The same customer says the company caused a leak near a changed valve, disputed responsibility and charged for a return repair; that visit broke the main shutoff handle, which still needed repair.
