Woke up Sunday morning to a drip coming from our basement ceiling. Called and they had a guy out within half hour. Rob was very professional and personable. Got the leaking pipe cut out and replaced very quickly. Will be my go to for anything plumbing related in the future.

(Edited to add a couple entries) 3rd entry- Well here is the last piece aside from if I do a kitchen or bathroom Reno. New sewer lines have been put in. The house has all new pipes. I’m grateful Gordi was the one to take on this job. It was honestly shocking to see such a big hole in my front yard. The excavation crew Tersus Contracting were very careful to get around all of these pipes and lines safely. Gordi and his crew executed this as I have come to expect from Innovation. A high level of service, professionalism and always conducting work safely. Great job.

2nd time - I needed a plumber again today. I gave Gordi a call and he sent out his team who promptly solved the problem. Always courteous and professional, Jordan and London explain what needs to be done then do quality work to fix the problem at a fair price. I’m never disappointed)

1st review - The first time I needed to call Gordi was my first day in my new house and hit water tank blew. He was able to come out right away in a cold snap and fix it for a better price than I was quoted elsewhere.

Gordi is competitive with his pricing and always fair. I appreciate that he understands I’m in an old house and need to triage repairs as there have been many. I am confident in his and his team’s expertise, they always present options if there are any and aware of the limitations in my budget. He has gone through with me where we anticipate trouble with this old house and is patient with my questions.
