He took the time to explain his work and show me what he was doing along the way and made sure to ask follow up questions during our phone call and while he was here to ensure proper diagnosis. Communication was excellent.

He fixed the issues promptly, was thorough and clean.

I would definitely use Star Tek for any future plumbing and heating needs.

We had Aaron install some hot water lines for our bidet(s), as well as hook up our downstairs shower in less than an hour, after another plumber wanted to us to install a whole new shower enclosure to have an easier go at the old valve in the wall, that needed replacing!

He did a great job, and very fast in my opinion, great install and is personable to boot. All with very reasonable pricing for the work done.

We can only highly recommend him and Star Tek Mechanical for anything plumbing (or heating) related work, and will definitely use him again as our plumber!
